You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the BizKarm Platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the Services unless such registration and use are completed with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The Company operates the BizKarm platform, including its website and mobile applications (Android and iOS) (collectively, the “Platform”). BizKarm enables users/vendors to list and manage their business profiles and allows users/customers to search for, discover, and engage with businesses based on their interests and requirements.

Our Platform is primarily for Businesses who are enlisted on our Platform, & users looking to find businesses in their area of interest, view, and interact with such businesses. By registering on the platform, you give your consent for the use of the platform. The businesses, users who wish to search for businesses and collaborate with them hereinafter are referred to as You. The term “Users” for the purposes of these Terms shall be read as You.

Our user’s privacy is extremely important to us. We recognize the privacy concerns of the Users and visitors, and hence as a commitment to provide a safe and secure experience on our Platform, we have formulated this privacy policy to help Users make an informed decision. We provide online searching of businesses and collaborating with businesses to users/customers on the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or do not wish to provide the required consent, you should refrain from accessing or using the Platform and Services.

Scope & Applicability:

This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data, information, and records collected, accessed, stored, processed, shared, or otherwise handled by the Company, whether in electronic or physical form.

To provide the BizKarm services, we must process information about you. The type of information that we collect depends on how you use our service. You can learn how to access, change and delete information we collect by visiting the BizKarm Profile settings.

BizKarm collects information that users voluntarily provide while creating an account, registering or managing a business, completing business verification, and using the platform’s features. This includes personal details such as name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code, and security-related information such as secret question and answer used for account recovery.

When a user registers a business on BizKarm, additional business-related information is collected, including business name, business email address, business mobile number, business address, ZIP code, business category, services offered, and business images. This information is required to create and display business profiles, enable customer discovery, and provide platform functionality.

To activate and verify business accounts, BizKarm may collect or process verification-related information such as Aadhaar verification details or GST information or an activation code, where applicable. Aadhaar data is used strictly for identity verification and fraud prevention and is not stored after verification, except for verification status. GST information is collected only when legally required and is used solely for compliance and business verification purposes.

We also collect certain information either when you provide it using the Platform or Services and/or automatically as you navigate through the Platform (which may include usage details, IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by the device, access times, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies). You agree that we may use such information to do internal research on our Users’ demographics to better understand, protect and serve our Users.

We collect User Data by various ways such as by installing “cookies”, taking access of device storage, Media, Phone Directory, Location, etc. Data collected is used for analysis of several factors such as to help analyze our web page flow, improve user experience along with ease of use, measure promotional effectiveness, customize web interface for every User, modify our working structure/strategies, and promote trust and safety. All payments on BizKarm are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways which are managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Our Platform may contain links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website over which we have no control and for which we will bear no responsibility. Profile > Settings > Account Deletion Request and following the on-screen instructions. This is the quickest way to initiate account deletion. Alternatively, you may submit a manual deletion request by contacting us through the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. We may require identity verification before processing your request to ensure account security.

Once an account deletion request is confirmed, your account will be deactivated, and access to the Platform will be permanently disabled. We will remove your Personal Data from our active systems, including profile information, business details, preferences, and other data associated with your account.

Certain information may remain temporarily stored in backup systems or secondary storage due to technical, security, or operational requirements. These backups are maintained only for disaster recovery purposes and are not used for active processing. Such data will be securely retained and automatically deleted or overwritten once the applicable backup retention period expires.

In some cases, we may retain limited information if required to do so by applicable laws, regulations, or legitimate business needs, such as compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or audit requirements.
