GeneralWhat is BizKarm?
BizKarm is a free customer communication and retention platform built for small and local businesses. It lets businesses manage customer relationships, send promotions, broadcast updates, run loyalty programs, and more — all from one app.
Is BizKarm free to use?
Yes. BizKarm is free for both businesses and customers. There are no setup fees or monthly charges to get started.
Is BizKarm available in my country?
BizKarm is currently available in the United States (bizkarm.us) and India (bizkarm.in). Visit bizkarm.com to learn more.
How do I set up my business profile?
Download the BizKarm app, sign up as a business, and complete your profile by adding your business name, category, location, and contact details. You can also add your catalog, coupons, and hours from within the app.
How do I send a broadcast or promotion to my customers?
From your business dashboard, go to Broadcasts and create a new message or coupon. It will be sent directly to all customers who have subscribed to your business on BizKarm.
Can customers book appointments through BizKarm?
Yes. Customers can book appointments directly through your business profile in the app. You will receive a notification and can confirm or manage bookings from your dashboard.
How do I subscribe to a local business?
Search for the business on BizKarm, open their profile, and tap Subscribe. You’ll then receive their updates, coupons, and broadcasts directly in your app.
How do reward points work?
You earn reward points through interactions with businesses on BizKarm — such as subscribing, making bookings, or engaging with promotions. Each business may have its own rewards program.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, there is no password required, hence just enter your email address and we’ll send you the login code that you will use to login, no password required. If you forget your answers to the secret questions, after putting your email to receive the code, click on “Forgot security answer?” and the answers will be sent to your email address.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, email us at support@prodcomtech.com with your registered email address and a deletion request. We’ll process it within 5 business days.
I found a bug or the app is not working. What should I do?
Please email us at support@prodcomtech.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and your app version. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful. We’ll follow up as soon as possible.
